[Story]: - The story is a realistic and psycho-analytical treatment of the man-woman sexual relationship.

[Wife]: - Frank's wife could not forget her first fan of past. She visited the lush green rose garden at seaside to renew the memories of old love. Her passions grew high among the red and white roses. She became surprised to see her lover alive. He came in slippers, in military appearance, stared at her, sat beside her and talked madly. After facing her sick luck, she returned to her bedroom upright Uptight and upset. She was stock-still.

[Frank]: - Frank came and felt something hate, hurt and separate. There must be a dumb, dark, dull, bitter belly tension between husband and wife. He was like fire. He went out when unattended. There was no refuge from confession. She told him about her lover, his supposed death, and reappearance as mada shadow in the rose garden. Frank's anger became passive. He gulped the iron of chewing truth and forgave his wife. Both became impersonal and realist and their hatred removed.

[Theme]: - The married couple must be broad and realistic to forgive, to accept and respect the old affairs of each other.
